Sheffield Hallam University Teaching and Learning Conference 2026 Book of Abstracts

The SoTL@SHU Learning and Teaching Conference 2026 is a dynamic day of sharing, reflection, and innovation in teaching and learning. Taking place on Tuesday 7 July 2026, this conference is designed around practical experience, curiosity, and honest dialogue. 

Abstracts align with key themes: student outcomes, student experience, and students as partners, all mapped to the institutional LTA Framework and Student Success Strategy. Formats are varied and engaging, including short papers, interactive workshops, teaching demonstrations, live podcast recordings, goldfish bowl discussions, roundtables, SoTL clinics, and other pitched sessions.
